NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2024 and an Order Granting Defendant’s Motion to Cancel Sale in Part dated September 23, 2024, entered in Case No. 2024-CA-000379 of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida, wherein DRY CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and GEORGE CLAYTON, et al., are the Defendants, Gwenn Marshall, Clerk of Court of Leon County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at http://www.leon.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 4th day of December, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

Lot 17, Block “C”, DRY CREEK RUN, a subdivision as per map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 6, of the Public Records of Leon County, Florida.
