Commence at a concrete monument marking the Southeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 3 North, Range 2 East, Leon County, Florida, and run thence North 89 degrees 57 minutes 35 seconds West along the South boundary of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 35; a distance of 1271.60 feet, thence North 00 degrees 02 minutes 25 seconds East 253.28 feet, thence North 54 degrees 27 minutes 12 seconds East 380.54 feet, thence North 58 degrees 39 minutes 15 seconds West 236.84 feet to the Point of Beginning. From said Point of Beginning continue North 58 degrees 39 minutes 15 seconds West 430.0 feet to the approximate centerline of Centerville Road, thence North 31 degrees 20 minutes 45 seconds East along said approximate centerline 346.88 feet, thence North 29 degrees 02 minutes 09 seconds East along said approximate centerline 16.22 feet to the centerline of a 60.0 foot roadway, thence along said centerline as follows: South 83 degrees 11 minutes 27 seconds East 172.33 feet to a point of curve to the left, thence along said curve with a radius of 171.51 feet, through a central angle of 33 degrees 08 minutes 00 seconds, for an arc distance of 99.18 feet to a point of reverse curve, thence along said curve with a radius of 141.31 feet, through a central angle of 39 degrees 42 minutes 18 seconds, for an arc distance of 97.93 feet, thence South 76 degrees 37 minutes 09 seconds East 57.29 feet to a point of curve to the right, thence along said curve with a radius of 315.70 feet, through a central angle of 12 degrees 58 minutes 02 seconds, for an arc distance of 71.45 feet, thence leaving said centerline run South 31 degrees 20 minutes 45 seconds West 589.66 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Less and except that part of the foregoing described property lying within the approximate maintained right-of-way boundary of said Centerville Road and the right-of-way boundary of said 60.0 foot roadway.

You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to it, if any, on Joshua W.
