NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on November 14, 2024 in the above-styled case, the Leon County Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the www.leon.realforeclose.com, on January 6, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., the following described property:

Lot 18, Block C, FOREST HEIGHTS, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 97, Public Records of Leon County, Florida.

Property Address: 1501 Sharon Road, Tallahassee, Florida 32303.
